Description

Burt's Blue is a semi-soft, creamy blue from Burt's Cheese near Holmes Chapel in Cheshire, made with pasteurised local milk and vegetarian rennet. Approachable and mellow, with a soft bloomy rind and a gentle blue tang. Approximately 180g, sent chilled.
