Aspall Apple Balsamic Vinegar
Aspall have been making vinegar and cyder in the Suffolk parish that gave them their name since 1728 — close to three centuries at the same Cyder House. This balsamic is built on their own apple cyder vinegar rather than imported grape must, which gives it a softer, fruitier character than the Italian style.
Sweet and mellow with a clean sharp finish. Drizzle over salads or chargrilled vegetables, soften onions with a splash, or take the classic route and pour a little over strawberries. Unpasteurised and free from preservatives.
Net volume 350ml. Naturally gluten-free and suitable for vegans.
