The comb is what the producer calls its British Heather Honeycomb, cut by hand from the frame. It is suspended in acacia honey, which is clear, so the comb shows through the glass. The producer names the comb as British and does not give an origin for the acacia honey. The whole comb can be eaten, wax included.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe producer suggests it with a cheeseboard, with breakfast yoghurt and seasonal fruit, or as the centrepiece of a table. Lift out a piece of comb and put it on a slice of \u003ca href=\"\/products\/wookey-hole-cave-aged-cheddar\"\u003eWookey Hole Cave Aged Cheddar\u003c\/a\u003e or \u003ca href=\"\/products\/long-clawson-blue-stilton\"\u003eLong Clawson Blue Stilton\u003c\/a\u003e, with a \u003ca href=\"\/products\/millers-damsel-buttermilk-wafers-125g\"\u003eMiller's Damsel Buttermilk Wafer\u003c\/a\u003e underneath. Once the comb is gone, the honey left in the jar is for toast.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e350g glass jar. No major allergens declared. Honey can crystallise; stand the jar in warm water to loosen it.
