The name is the latitude the vineyards sit on, and the producer calls it a singular vintage wine like no other.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe blend is 67% Chardonnay and 33% Pinot Noir. About a fifth of the wine was fermented in old oak barrels, it was bottled in May 2017 and then aged on its lees for a minimum of 67 months, more than six years, before release. The producer's tasting note is a bright, lucid nose of lemon curd, ricotta and toasted brioche with flinty, nutty, mushroomy undertones, and a focused, long palate where the toasty notes sit beneath a zing of citrus zest. Dosage is 10g per litre. 12% ABV.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt is a wine for the table rather than the doorstep.
