The other 20% is honeycombe: sugar, glucose syrup, Dorset honey and bicarbonate of soda, broken into crunchy pieces through the bar. The maker calls it one of their favourite flavour combinations, the deeper milk chocolate keeping the sweetness of the honeycombe in check.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eEat it as it is with a cup of tea, or break it over vanilla ice cream where the honeycombe stays crisp for a minute or two.
