The ale washing brings tangy, bittersweet, malty notes to the pale orange rind, and the paste beneath is buttery and soft. It is savoury rather than pungent, with a hoppy, salty edge at the rind.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eTake it out of the fridge an hour before serving.
