The producer describes the result as a smooth, nutty foundation with a deep, aromatic truffle intensity. Because it is a flavoured oil, the truffle comes through the nose first.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eUse it at the end of cooking, not in the pan, so the aroma survives. The producer suggests it over pasta, risotto or pizza, on eggs, potatoes or roast vegetables, and stirred into dressings, sauces and marinades.
